If you receive defective items or products other than what you ordered, we will accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. If merchandise is returned without prior notice, we will not be able to accept the return, so please take note.
Please also note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since the merchandise arrived.
- The merchandise package has been opened (including accessories).
- The appearance of the merchandise differs from the image.
- The merchandise has been worn or used.
- The merchandise package has been damaged.
- The merchandise has been scratched or soiled due to customer handling.
